- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controller who has a passion for Scheduling and will on a range of projects for government and institutional clients across Transport, Buildings, Infrastructure and Water projects.
- As this is a key role, you will be providing oversight to our major project commissions and responsible for influencing, implementing, and advising our clients to help them deliver outstanding infrastructure.
- You will have an eye for detail and be able to follow procedures, requirements and rules while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. Operating as part of the wider project team you will use a high level of initiative and ability to organise and prioritise tasks with mínimal supervision while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining design and construction schedules, ensuring efficient project planning. You will collaborate with professionals worldwide to enhance and advance our scheduling capabilities. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our digital project controls offering by collaborating with our Digital Ventures teams globally. Your role will involve providing detailed analysis reporting to effectively communicate project deviations to the appropriate stakeholders. You will be responsible for updating schedules throughout the project and conducting earned value analysis and other recognized schedule performance metrics. Furthermore, you will participate in Project Control Governance and undertake Schedule Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Having worked for, or been seconded into, government or client infrastructure organizations is advantageous as it demonstrates an understanding of the specific requirements and dynamics within these sectors. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commercial Management and Project Controls are highly desired.
- Proficiency in various software tools such as Power BI, Project wise, Prism, Sap, SQL, and PowerPoint is important. However, a high level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera (P6), and MS PowerPoint is mandatory.- Furthermore, advanced communication skills and previous experience in managing external and internal stakeholders are essential for effective collaboration and project success.
