- Capability to build on existing customer relations as well as pursuing new customer relationship opportunities.
- Ability to bring out the best in your branch team by providing training, coaching, development and motivation to promote a culture of great service to all customers.
- An understanding of how to generate forecasts, setting financial objectives and formulating business development plans.
- Able to identify, implement and drive our Lean Continuous Improvement Programme in all areas of operations.
- Passionate about Health & Safety and ensuring your team go home safely every day.
