InterGroup are New Zealand's Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial and coatings and infrastructure. Reporting to the Regional Manager, as the Branch Manager role, you will have direct overall responsibility for revenue and achieving budget targets for their location, as well as being responsible for health and safety, quality, and environmental targets by providing leadership on a daily basis to their teams

The Branch Manager may be presented with different sets of complexities (e.g. issues on infrastructure operations, health, regulatory, team management, community resistance, equipment failure, etc.), requiring dexterity to manage multiple and/or complex operations, conflicting priorities and/or issues that may be of a political, economic, social, technical/technology, legal, or environmental nature. Resilience, adaptability, perseverance, and a solutions focus will be the order of the day.

The technical stuff you'll need includes:

- Be degree-qualified in an Engineering, Operations, Business or Management field
- Minimum of 5+ years in a management role /sales/Operations/Contract Management experience, planning, reporting, performance monitoring and evaluating
- Logistical and people management skills
- Robust Knowledge of Health and Safety Practices
- A trade qualification will be advantageous
