Store Supervisors Required

We are looking for suitable Store Supervisors for our Napierstore you will be supervising the store under the management of the Store Owner with other staff reporting to and supporting you in your role.
You will need to have an excellent work ethic and will be prepared to have some early mornings and late nights. Ideally, you will be able to use your knowledge, skills and experience to research new ideas about how we can grow and expand our business. You will have responsibility for running the operations of the store.
**Daily Tasks Involved in the role**: Duties include but are not limited to Dealing with suppliers, hiring, training and supervision of staff, providing excellent customer service, marketing and promoting the store, maintaining quality standards, ordering and maintaining stock and supervising the store. You will also be willing and able to comply with food safety laws as well as rules and regulations surrounding the sale of cigarettes.
We are looking for mature staff members who are able to work on their own without any supervision and mínimal training. They must be able to communicate to a diverse range of people and be able to maintain professional customer service in any circumstance.
Please note that these roles are for at least 30 hours a week. The minimum pay we are offering for this role is $29.66and the maximum pay rate we are willing to offer is $35.
