Gurnav Enterprise Limited, trading as Freaky Burgers and Tacos, is a vibrant and growing food establishment specialising in mouthwatering burgers and tacos with a unique twist. We are looking for a skilled and passionate cook to join our dynamic team, who will be responsible for the below-mentioned duties:

- Prepare and cook burgers or tacos according to specific recipes.
- Assist in washing, cutting, measuring, and mixing ingredients for cooking.
- Adhere to recipe instructions for seasoning, cooking, and serving dishes.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation, aligning with company and health standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Sterilize all utensils and cooking equipment before use.
- Regulate the temperature of kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and chillers.
- Clean food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils regularly.
- Discard expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
- Follow proper food handling protocols.
- Prepare and package burgers or tacos for delivery orders.
- Greet customers with a smile, take orders, and process payments efficiently.
- Keep utensils clean at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Work Hours and Benefits**
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid between $25 to $30 per hour

**Other requirements**:

- Available to work on weekends and late evenings
- Team worker
- Good with managing time.
- Physically fit to stand for a longer duration
- Hardworking and passionate individual
- Attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
