**You**:
Tertiary qualified with a mechanical engineering background and experience with estimating/costing you’ll also enjoy presenting your proposals to clients. In addition, you’ll offer:

- Comprehensive understanding of commercial T&Cs
- Knowledge of NZ contract law
- Proven ability to write effective proposal documents
- Ability to get the information you need and deliver your on time
- Proficiency with estimating and CRM software
- Experience of the Energy Sector would be ideal
**The Role**:
Primarily responsible for writing proposal documents you’ll also be:

- Costing and estimating from first principles
- Managing the timely compilation of accurate, well presented and competitive tenders and estimates.
- Maximising profitability of tenders - identify, pursue, and implement cost reduction opportunities.
- Building influential relationships with clients and subcontractors
