An experienced estimator who consistently maintains high standards and delivers strong commercial outcomes. This role involves working collaboratively with various departments to ensure estimates align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. By participating in meetings, evaluating technical challenges, and identifying potential risks, the Estimator is key to crafting competitive bids for diverse commercial projects.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years experience in a similar role with a commercial contractor
- Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law and Order or relevant industry
- Working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts
- High level computer processing skills in Microsoft Programmes
- Strong communication, team management and leadership skills
