To support this mission they have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their Aquaculture team and drive positive growth by delivering pragmatic, timely and effective HR advice to the Aquaculture operation.

Reporting to the Blenheim Site Manager this fulltime and permanent role will take responsibility for providing high-quality advice and support in the areas of recruitment, performance development and management, organisational development, training and development, succession planning and employment relations.

To be successful you’ll have the qualifications and experience to provide technical knowledge timely HR advice. You’ll be highly organised and able to manage the balance of delivering planned work and reacting to ad-hoc requests and troubleshooting.
