We’re seeking a proven leader to continue the successful growth of our Trade & B2B business.

You will be results driven and will have the ability to grow business through maintaining current as well as developing new key trade relationships. Preferably you will have a strong background in the Building Industry, whilst having the ability to use your leadership experience to create and lead a high performing team that seeks to consistently strive for excellence.

This is a fulltime position with an attractive salary package, includes a company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.

**Within this role you will be**:

- Developing solid customer relationships to increase & maintain business
- Mentoring Trade Account Managers to maximise sales opportunities
- Inspiring Trade team members to provide an outstanding customer service experience every time
- Maximizing sales and profitability of the Trade department, as well as contributing to the overall financial results of the store.
- Reporting sales budgets and stock forecasts
- Promoting a team culture that encourages a positive and safe working environment

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven management experience, preferably within the Building Industry
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with an ability to adapt quickly to meet market needs
- A second nature ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- A high degree of initiative with a ‘think outside the square’ readiness
- Energy and enthusiasm to motivate your team
- Effective verbal and written communication
- A current, clean driver’s licence is required
- A Trade-related qualification or similar as this would be a distinct advantage.
