- As a **Supervising Vehicle Inspector** at VINZ, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicle compliance and safety. You'll provide technical guidance, support, and training to both customers and team members, leveraging your expertise to coach staff and enhance their skills. With a focus on vehicle inspection processes, you'll oversee certifications, use your leadership to drive high-quality outcomes, and advocate for road safety. This is a hands-on role where your ability to lead, collaborate, and maintain technical standards will directly contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers.
- **What you'll bring**:

- Ideally you will hold an NZTA COFB Vehicle Inspector authority, if you do not, then the ability to meet NZTA requirements to obtain this authority is needed, check out NZ Transport Agency).
- Technical know-how and a passion for road safety.
