This is a full-time permanent role. You will work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The remuneration is NZ$65,000 per annum plus all the statutory entitlements.
**Your new role**
Duties & Responsibilities
- Works directly with the managing director of the organization to develop and manage marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
- Conducts market research and analysis and establishes data management and tracking systems to improve the organization's marketing efforts.
- Establishes and implements short and long-range marketing goals, objectives, and procedures for the organization; evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.
- Planning and managing the marketing & promotions budget to meet the marketing objectives most cost-effectively.
- Designs, writes, and oversees the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and program and media guides; designs layouts and prepares copy.
- Create and drive effective marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
- Play a proactive role to generate and capitalize on creative opportunities and develop new marketing properties to take to market.
Key Selection Criteria
- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in the field of Branding/Marketing.
- At least 6 months previous experience in a similar hands-on role, ideally with strong digital marketing knowledge and practice gained within.
- Excellent English in both written and verbal communications skills; Mandarin language skills will be an advantage.
- A marketing all-rounder with proven success delivering end-to-end marketing communications across multiple online marketing channels.
- Experience in identifying customer drivers, buying, and decision-making behaviour.
- Experience in successfully managing marketing campaign strategies with significant strengths in digital marketing.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex processes.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals
- Data management and tracking skills.
- Ability to interpret information, extract key messages and convert them into engaging narratives.
- Ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
