InterGroup are New Zealand's Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial and coatings and infrastructure. Reporting to the Operations Lead at our Tauranga site, your primary focus will be delivering the smooth running of the reactive maintenance of contracts, which includes, callouts, semi planned civil works based around our Hamilton branch. Making sure maintenance is completed within time and budget. Ensuring correct workers and equipment are allocated to the job, and supervised at all times. Most of all, keeping your team happy and looked after

You would need a few years' supervisory experience under your belt.

**_To be considered suitable for this position, you'll need:_**
- Knowledge of minor civil construction type works
- Exposure to maintenance contracts, such as water
- Knowledge of Safety, Quality, and Environmental legislation
- A clean and current driver's licence
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational, administrative and time management skills
- A proven ability to work unsupervised, while being part of a team
- An eye for detail and a focus on continual improvement
- And a good sense of humour
