We are looking for a Fast food Chef for our Kebab shop at Christchurch who will be responsible for below mentioned tasks:

- Assisting the chef in cooking food such as Kabab, chips (fast food)
- Assisting the chef with preparation of food by washing, cutting, measuring, and mixing items for cooking.
- Portioning and plating the food as per the internal standards.
- Regulating the temperature of all kitchen/cooking equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, chillers, etc
- Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils
- Assisting in ordering of supplies of food items as and when it is replenished
- Coordinate with the front desk to handover the dishes in the expected timeline

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week.**

**Other Requirements**:

- Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
- Interpersonal skills
- Coordination skills

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
