Bridge It NZ Ltd has an exciting opportunity available for a hands-on Site Supervisor / Foreman responsible for delivering on projects, leading a small team, managing sub-contractors, implementing health and safety on site, and overseeing and working on the installation of bridge structures, foundations, and piling work.

Bridge It NZ Ltd fabricates, delivers, and installs bridges throughout New Zealand, with their site crews working on varied structures across many different locations and environments. The company is based in Tauranga, but work is site-based working away from Monday to Friday with overnight allowances and remuneration package dependent on skills and experience.

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- 3-5 years experience in a similar environment working with teams, contractors, suppliers, and industry contacts.
- A varied practical skill set, with skills in carpentry, concrete work, earthworks, and bridge works would be a clear advantage.
- Trade Qualification in Carpentry or Civil / Infrastructure Construction preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, sizing, components, and structure requirements.
- Full and clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
- Class 4/5 licence and WTR are highly desirable, but not essential for this role.
- Site Safe Certificate and First Aid Certificate will be required.
- Understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and experience in implementing it in the workplace.
- Experience in competently and safely operating heavy machinery.
- Flexible to work away - predominantly Monday to Friday.
