**What will you do?**

We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Site Supervisor to lead the Structural package on our Havelock North construction site in Hawkes Bay, on our main care centre. The main care centre is three stories and has a value of $59m. You will lead a site-based construction team and take responsibility for health and safety, project planning, execution and quality assurance of works on site., and ensure work is proceeding as per site plans and specifications.

Your work will be diverse and varied and you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting, unique, large scale project.

**Who are you?**

- Have proven experience working on commercial (multi-storey) projects in a Foreman capacity, specifically in structure
- Have experience planning and coordinating multiple trades, as well as managing short term programmes
- Hold a relevant trade qualification
- You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to create a positive team atmosphere
