This will be an interesting and varied role where your passion and proven ability in an Executive Assistant role will be key to success. The main focus of this role is to provide high quality secretarial and administration services to the Executive Leadership Team, Chief Executive and Group Manager Community Development.

Managing busy schedules along with administering meetings, minutes and agendas will all be part of this role and ideally you will be able to achieve effective, efficient and pro-active forward thinking assistance while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Proficiency in computer systems and meeting protocol is essential. Combine this with excellent communication skills and a sound knowledge of administrative processes and this could be the job for you. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years practical experience in a similar role and a basic knowledge of local government is desirable.
