**About the Role**
The Stakeholder Communications Contract Administrator role will provide the opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and administrative capabilities on a wide scope of duties within the Thames Coromandel District Council (TCDC) Works. You will assist the Operations Manager in the operational works of the TCDC Contract. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Managing customer service requests in line with contract requirements
- Managing aspects of the RAMM database to successfully meet the needs of the contract
- Working closely with the maintenance and cyclic teams across the site to achieve deliverables, drive performance and process improvements
Your dual focus will be coordinating communications from external stakeholders and supporting the operations team with administrative and general office tasks. Specifically, the effective communication of project plans and programmes to relevant stakeholders, diplomatic handling of stakeholder concerns, and assisting with the delivery of client requirements. You will be the first point of contact for the site and will provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
This role performs administrative functions as well as a significant customer contact element, both internal and external, and may act as a liaison point between clients and Ventia staff.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in a similar role (customer service or administrative). You will be focused, flexible, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude. Strong communication and computer skills are key to your success in this role along with the following:
- Computer savviness and literacy
- Good written and verbal communication will cover it and we will train you up
- The ability to prioritise and manage time and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Flexible and proactive to the needs of stakeholders and the business
- Demonstrated professional office and telephone manner
- Proven administrative experience with strong customer service skills
- The ability to effectively manage and escalate all requests, complaints, and notifications from the public and our clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
You will need to have strong customer service background and be highly organized and motivated, able to work independently to support operations in the field.
