Are you ready to make a difference? We're currently hiring for our next **Part-Time Sales Consultant for our Napier retail store.**
- This opportunity is for 11 hours per week, working over the following roster;_
- Friday: 10:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm_

**What is the role?**

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative team member to join our team. Ideally, you'll have experience in retail sales, and you'll love working with customers all day every day, to fulfill their needs.

You'll support our customers with their lingerie needs and suggest solutions to enhance their experience with us and their own lives. Your confident and warm approach will build trust quickly and your expertise in bra fitting (learnt through our training program) and product knowledge will see you successfully driving sales alongside your team members.

You will need to commit to our black-out periods; Monday 25th November 2024 - Wednesday 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025. No leave will be approved during this time.

- You'll learn the Bendon sales structure and interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.

- Participate in the success of the store, through operative tasks such as merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring KPIs.
- You'll be a brand ambassador by enjoying a 60% discount across all Bendon products for you and your chosen family member.
