The Role You Could Play:
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Education team and be part of building high performing store teams across our New Zealand store network.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility is to work at pace, both collaboratively and independently to drive the end-to-end recruitment of roles within your portfolio. You will also play a vital role in delivering initiatives that will attract and highlight specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
At MECCA we don't take no for an answer, so you will have the opportunity to participate in transformative and innovative project-based work from time-to-time.
On any one day, you could be:
- Prioritising upcoming recruitment activities with your stakeholdersPlanning and executing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for host, specialist and leadership rolesOrganising and facilitating individual and group forums / interviewsPartnering with your internal stakeholders to succession plan and anticipate their needs before they do-
- Holding a career conversation with one of our team members-
- Driving improvements in our internal and external recruitment processes-

- Demonstrated experience across both high volume and high-touch recruitment-
