As Ecology Team Manager, this is an amazing opportunity to oversee the Ecological Team and manage the execution of ecological restoration and maintenance contracts, enhancing Auckland’s ecological assets. You’ll proactively collaborate at a strategic level to promote sustainability, explore opportunities for greater efficiency, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

We’re looking for a leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team. Your ability to listen, mentor, and foster a collaborative environment will be key to achieving shared goals. You'll have a proven track record of working with diverse stakeholders, balancing operational needs with long-term ecological outcomes.
