We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned compliance professional to join our Personal Banking Risk division as a Senior Manager Compliance. This is a key leadership role within our Specialist Banking Compliance team, focused on supporting the business to meet its regulatory obligations and deliver better customer outcomes. **Te Tūranga | The role**: In this role, you'll lead and advise on compliance matters across the Personal Banking division, with a particular focus on CCCFA and financial advice regulation. You'll support new initiatives and BAU activity, manage regulatory projects, and provide expert guidance on regulator enquiries, audits, and thematic reviews. You'll take ownership of complex compliance issues, lead key projects, and help shape the implementation of new policies, procedures, and controls. Your ability to work autonomously, challenge constructively, and remain curious will be essential to your success. **Ō pūkenga | About you**: We're looking for someone with 7-10 years' experience in banking, compliance, or legal roles, ideally with CCCFA expertise and a background in risk or regulatory environments. Experience working in a consulting firm or regulatory body would be highly regarded. You'll bring strong stakeholder management skills, the confidence to engage across all levels of the organisation, and the ability to distil complex technical information into clear, actionable advice. You'll be resilient under pressure, proactive in identifying themes and risks, and passionate about driving continuous improvement.
