**Summer Assistant Vacancy - People & Capability and Organisational Development (Fixed term - 12 weeks)**:

**Te Tūranga - The Role**:
Our People & Capability (P & C) and Organisational Development (OD) teams are working on some exciting new people related projects and we need your help

Day to day you will be supporting us with our current projects, including:

- Coordinating the Toi Moana Summer Experience Programme, ensuring all our Summer Assistants are supported and provided with a great experience at Toi Moana (BOPRC).
- Working within our People Solutions team getting exposure to P&C administration and recruitment.
- Create and capture videos and photos of the Summer Experience Programme to use as future promotional collateral.
- Assisting with learning and development administration and ad-hoc tasks.

You’ll be joining the P&C and OD Teams. Both teams are incredibly passionate about what they do and full of supportive individuals who are keen to help you thrive. We play an integral part in designing and delivering a range of kaupapa (initiatives/programmes) guided by our People Plan, Rau Tāngata, Rau Pūkenga to help us deliver great outcomes for our community, now and into the future. - Be confident and capable of facilitating learning/ networking opportunities.
- Engaging, organised and technology savvy
- An ability to deal confidentially with sensitive information.
- Community, cultural and political awareness, including awareness and knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Be studying a degree in Business, Psychology, Social Science, Human Resources or related qualification or have an equivalent body of knowledge obtained through experience.
- Hold a current driver's licence.

This position will be located in Tauranga.
