**MACHINE OPERATOR - FROZEN DEPARTMENT**

**Our client is a leading food manufacturer based in New Zealand who has been supplying high quality food products including tomato sauce, soups and a variety of other delicious products. This iconic company has been around for 150 years who supplies communities and supermarket chains around the world internationally. They are needing you in their ever exciting Machine Operatoring team within their factory environment.

**About the role**

If you're looking to further develop your knowledge and understanding of the warehouse industry, where no 2 days are the same - then this is opportunity is for you **This role will see you involved in operating machinery to assist in the production of quality food products, whilst ensuring safety, quality, value, and following processes correctly.**

**Responsibilities included**
- Operating machinery within the frozen departments
- Delivering frozen proucts to the lines for processing
- Quality control checks and meeting standard requirements
- Complete written production records accurately
- Afternoon shift (14:00 -22:00)
- Support and act in the improvement of operational performance
- Ensuring on-site Health & Safety regulations are followed

**To be successful you will have the following skills**:

- Good level of fitness to perform manual handling tasks**:

- keeping fit for Summer**:

- Able to follow written and verbal direction properly
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Understands the importance of working in a safe & efficient manner
- The confidence to communicate well in a team environment
- The ability to maintain accurate written records
