**Machine Operator**

We have exciting opportunities for you to work with one of New Zealand's largest Food Based Manufacturers. Our client has been serving our country for over 150 years by providing quality food products to local supermarkets and communities across the country.

Our Client is looking for reliable people to join their team as a **Machine Operator.**

**Night Shift Role: 22:00 - 6:00**

**Benefits**:

- Starts at 22.50 ph after 4 weeks of training increases to $25.00 ph
- Incentives: $250 after 1 month & another $250 after 6 months work
- Monday to Friday (40 hrs per week)
- Full training - support will be provided

**About the role Key responsibilities include**:

- Operating machines that assist our production lines to make products
- Recording changes in operations by completing paperwork on a daily basis
- May perform quality control checks to ensure high-quality products are made
- Working in a team environment to achieve work objectives
- Ability to keep fit on the job - manual handling of up to 25 kg

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Pays good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent literacy & numeracy skills
- The confidence to communicate well within a team environment
- Understands the importance of working in a safe and efficient manner
- Can follow written and verbal instructions correctly
- Tasks may include heavy lifting of up to 25 kgs
