We are looking for one Assistant Manager and one Boner at Ali Limited based in Auckland, to work full-time.

Ali Limited is located in Auckland and produces a range of quality continental small goods, chicken, beef and lamb. We have full-time work available for a hard-working, skilled Assistant Manager and Boner.

** Pay Rate**: Assistant Manager ($ 23- $ 24 per hour)

Boner ($ 23- $ 24 per hour)

** Hours**: Assistant Manager (30-35 hours per week)

Boner (30-35 hours per week)

** Assistant Manager Responsibilities**:

- Hire and train sales associates to work on the floor as well as in shipping
- Allow your knowledge of emerging and consistent trends to inform purchasing and inventory decisions and solutions
- Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees
- Maintain accurate customer records for loyalty program
- Manage and evaluate revenue and expense reports
- Become liaison with corporate office and use contacts to promote the business and align with brand values

**Requirements**:

- Required at least Five years of relevant experience and
- Must Have Relevant NZQA Level 7 qualification.
- You should be physically fit able to lift up to 25Kg, committed and reliable.

**Boner Responsibilities**:

- Remove bones from beef, lamb and chicken using knives and other tools.
- Ensure mínimal waste and maintain quality cuts of meat.
- Grade meat based on appearance, size, and processing needs.
- Regularly sharpen and maintain knives and cutting tools.
- Ensure safe use and handling to preven injuries.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations regularly.
- Stand for long periods, work in cold environments (chillers) and handle heavy carcasses or meat portions.
- Ensure all health and safety and halal standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- One year of minimum relevant experience is required.
- Strong knife skills and precise hand coordination.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Understanding of New Zealand's food safety standards.
