**About the role**

If you're looking to further develop your knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry, where no 2 days are the same - then this is opportunity is for you **This role will see you involved in processing shipments daily and acting as a contact to Customs Officials and Customers, whilst also ensuring the safety and quality of all parcels delivered worldwide.**

**Responsibilities included**
- Processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Aiding throughout this team environment to ensure the highest level of service
- Ensuring safe handling and careful parcel management
- Ensuring on-site Health & Safety regulations are followed
- Contacting importers to obtain valuable information required for Customs clearance.
- Managing your own work and obtaining the necessary information from the shipper and importer.
- Liaising with customers and Regulatory Affairs Agencies (Customs, MedSafe, MPI, etc.)
- Performing your tasks while also upholding our client's protocol and regulatory processes
- Maintaining and updating the database daily to ensure customer information is accurate
- Managing inbound and outbound calls

**This role requires the following**:

- Beginner to Intermediate level Computer Skills
- Good customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn quickly and upskill
- Hold good time management skills
- Punctual and reliable
