We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager at OCS

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of our Hamilton region, and the achievements of sales targets and account management activities versus our contractual obligations.

Your focus will be to manage and motivate the team and provide leadership towards achievement of satisfied customers and our earning potential at each site.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales and account management
- Experience managing frontline and supervisory teams
- A Full and clean NZ drivers license
- Be able to pass various security checks as needed; including Police and Ministry of Justice

You ideally come from a managed facilities, cleaning, or hospitality background with 3+ years of Managerial experience.
