Hays is currently seeking an experienced H&S Advisor with a keen interest in Safety & Quality Assurance

They are currently looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support ongoing growth and ever-changing dynamics within their respected business.

**Your new role**
- Maintain safety records as outlined in the Safety Systems Procedures Manual
- Ensure incident & accident reports are managed in a timely manner
- Quality Assurance management representative
- Workplace Health & Safety - ensure safe working conditions and practices for all employees
- Assist Project Managers with preparation of contract quality, safety & environment plans
- Conducting inductions for all new employees where required
- Assist with auditing programs to ensure quality assurance, safety & environmental procedures

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience in a similar role with references to back up ability
- Level 4 Certificate in Occupational H&S or equivalent
- Have a strong ability to work independently, and in a team environment
- Have a keen interest in Safety & Quality Assurance
- Have the ability to travel where required
