**The Opportunity**

**What will your typical week look like?**

You will look after bookkeeping and administration work and have the opportunity to learn about GST and compliance depending on experience and hours available. Responsibilities include:

- Maintenance of transactional business records for clients
- Support and maintenance of clients' accounting software
- Preparation of GST returns
- Preparation of creditor payments
- Reconciliation of client funds

**Let’s talk about you**
- You are someone with a genuine desire to be an enthusiastic and active contributor to our growing team.
- Accounting experience in a professional services environment or similar role would be an advantage
- Ideally someone with strong Excel skills and practical experience with cloud accounting products (i.e., Xero, MYOB)
- Experience/ knowledge of reconciling balances and conducting general bookkeeping Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
