**Responsibilities**:
1. Research, evaluate, design and implement video game engine techniques including engine architecture, rendering, animation, physics, AI etc;
2. Design and develop cross platform engine on platforms such as Mobile, PC, Console;
3. Coach other engineers, help engine team to solve the technical engine problems.

**Job Requirements**
1. Minimum 7 years experience in 3D engine development;
2. Strong understanding in areas such as engine architecture, rendering, animation, physcis, AI.
3. Master at least one technical area of engine;
4. Significant C/C++ skills and knowledge of advanced data structure and algorith.
5. Ability to implement latest papers from industry conferences such as Siggraph and GDC and derive new solutions.
6. Good communication skills that support an open and enthusiastic working environment.
7. Self-driven with a strong sense of quality.
