H 2 O Xtream is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Programmes team at one of the region’s most exciting aquatic facilities.
This is a full-time position co-ordinating H 2 O Xtream Aquatic programmes, including but not limited to, Learn to Swim, Fippaball and Water Safety.
Working with the Team Leader Programmes you will co-ordinate the team of qualified aquatic instructors, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the aquatic programmes, which means there’s plenty of opportunity for you to build on your already solid leadership skills.
You will be a great communicator, and easily relate to people of all ages and from all walks of life. You’ll be able to think on your feet, be able to guide, assist and deliver aquatic teaching and programmes, and you’ll have the flexibility to work shifts, as we’re open seven days a week.
A current aquatics teaching qualification and/ or relevant experience in water safety are essential.
**Key responsibilities in this role include**:
Coordination of day-to-day aquatic programmes.
Co ordinating the team of aquatic instructors.
Providing a safe and customer friendly environment for the community.
