**About this role**

Ballantynes are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House Hospitality experience and strong Barista skills to join our hospitality team. The role offers a great variety working within both the Kin Bistro and the iconic Tearooms.

Kin, our sixty seat Bistro, offers a modern seasonal menu throughout the day and is the venue for regular in-house events such as The Breakfast Club, Books and Bubbles, fashion and products launches throughout the year.

The Ballantynes Tearooms offers a variety of dining options created by our expert team of in-house chefs: discover delicious sandwiches, pies, and light bites alongside specialty dishes of the day.

You will have experience in both bistro & café establishments, be able to produce high quality coffee and high volume on a day-to-day basis, while providing exceptional service to our customers on the floor and assisting with day-to-day operations within the department.

This is a permanent role with a minimum of 16 hours flexible across the week, including a weekend or weekend days.
