As a Payroll Advisor, in this fixed term position, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting wider people operations functions. This is your chance to join a collaborative and high-performing team where your skills in payroll processing, advisory services, and data management will make a real difference.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in payroll or HR administration
- Strong understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and HR processes
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and payroll software (JadeStar experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with care
- A collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude
