We have an opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital team to provide strategic direction, and support our businesses on all elements of digital marketing. In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and measurement of all digital marketing activity, including managing digital projects such as website builds with external vendors to enhance the customers digital experience. With the recent focus on digital initiatives across the group and a small in-house digital team, supported by external agencies, here is an opportunity for fantastic growth.

**What you will bring?**

You will need to hit the ground running and ideally will have a couple of years of digital agency experience and hands-on experience with Google Adwords, SEO, Facebook business manager, and Google tools (GA, GTM, etc).

Reporting to the Digital Marketing and Transformation Manager, acting as an in-house digital marketing consultant, you will partner with internal teams and external partners, to develop our strategy, execute digital campaigns and work with agencies to develop websites.

**What will you be doing**
- Analyse ongoing campaign performance and make recommendations for optimisation.
- Work across multiple digital projects and collaborate with wider teams
- Report on campaign and website performance using Google Data Studio
- Plan, develop and implement the SEO strategy

**What will set you apart from the rest**
- Relevant tertiary qualification and at least two years experience working in SEM or SEO
- Project management experience on website /digital projects
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
- Experience using Google Tag Manager and SEMRush (or similar)
- Agency background preferred

To ensure your success in the role you will have current and a successful track record in the digital campaign management. You will have sound time management, an eye for detail and will be a trusted team player who also works well independently.
