In the Sales Support 2IC role, you will work closely with the Sales Support Manager to deliver the Labour Objectives. You will be responsible for the Sales Support function in the absence of the Sales Support Manager, along with ensuring Internal Audit standards are met. You will also assist in leading and developing your team in all customer critical processes at the "Front End", including Checkouts, Loss Prevention and Administration/Cashier. Everything you do in your work will contribute to a positive customer experience, an engaged team, and a profitable store. **This is a permanent full time position covering the following shifts**: - Tuesday - Thursday: 10:30am - 7:00pm - Friday & Saturday 1:00pm - 9:30pm **The starting rate for this role is $25.70 + team discount card.** **Qualifications**: Ideally you will have: - Proven retail experience - Strong leadership qualities - Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience - Excellent Communication Skills Additional Information Our passion for making the desirable affordable for customers and for treating the community and environment with care and respect make us unique as a company.
