We are looking for someone who ideally has food production experience within the food retailing industry. You will work closely with the Seafood Manager and 2IC to ensure that our range and service is always at its best and a high standard is consistently achieved.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Seafood and Deli Departments
- Ensure staff training is up to date to ensure that we provide the best overall shopping experience for their customers
- Always maintain Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
- Handling customer queries and complaints appropriately
- Replenishing and merchandising the serve over
- Prepare and cook food as required

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- You will have a good work ethic
- Are customer focused and can work well under pressure

**Hours of work are**:
Tuesday to Saturday 12.30pm to 9.00pm
