This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team of passionate Mental Health Clinicians who support one another to affect change and make a sustainable difference in the lives of tamariki, rangatahi, their whānau and their communities they work with.

This role offers great variety, including a combination of both group and individual work as well as work within the Hospital and the community. You will work with a number of specialists both internally and externally, so you will need the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with these groups of people.

**Mō tātou Ratonga | About our Service**

Working closely with Te Korowai Hauora O Hauraki, we cover the continuum of care from primary-level community healthcare to advanced, highly specialised, secondary care, including Infant Child and Adolescent, Adult Mental Health, Addictions Services from several locations as well as our new Piri ki te Kaainga: Step-Up Step-Down service based in Thames Hospital. We aim to deliver mental health and wellbeing care in our locality that improves outcomes for Māori and wellbeing for all whānau.

**Mōu | About you**

You will need to be a registered Mental Health Professional - Registered Nurse/Occupational Therapist with experience working in the Infant Child and Adolescent Mental Health sector. You will need to be able to work with a multidisciplinary team and autonomously, providing proficient clinical assessments and intervention.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- have a commitment and passion to work with tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau
- demonstrate a strong recovery focus
- have effective communication and documentation skills
- hold a current full drivers licence
