The MBIE Cyber Security Assurance team has realigned to meet our customers needs. This realignment has created several new permanent positions for cyber security professionals passionate about GRC and providing pragmatic advice to our business customers and project teams.

- Senior Cyber Security Assurance professionals (multiple positions available)
You will be;
- Experienced at reviewing documentation for systems, creating formal risk assessments, undertaking control validation assessments, arranging external testing and defining remediation actions.
- Skilled at completing Certification and Accreditation documents and presenting them, with your findings and recommendations, to product and risk owners.
- Able to identify cyber security remediation and improvements in existing IT systems and informing product owners.

- An in-depth understanding of cyber security standards and frameworks e.g.; NZISM, NIST, CIS, ISO27001, ISO19011
- Proven ability to remain up to date in technical changes and opportunities within cyber security domain..
- In addition to the experience, you will also need;
- **Cyber security relevant certification e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP etc**:

- **Must already be in NZ with a legal right to live and work here.**:
