We support national delivery programs involving classified ICT systems, accreditation readiness, and technical assurance across complex environments.

**The Role**
We’re looking for experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) SMEs with deep Azure expertise to lead the design and optimisation of secure, scalable production environments. This role focuses on automation, observability, and resilience engineering within a Cyber Security and Cloud Operations context.

Location: Remote
Contract Length: 5+ Months (Potential to Extend)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and implement highly available and secure systems on Azure.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response using IaC and CI/CD.
- Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
- Drive adoption of observability tools like Azure Monitor and Grafana.
- Lead post-incident reviews and implement reliability improvements.
- Guide teams in DevSecOps and proactive threat detection.

**What You’ll Need**
- Proven expertise in Azure services (AKS, App Services, Functions).
- Strong skills in Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, XDR, Sentinel.

**Nice to Have**
- Exposure to Zero Trust architectures.
- Experience with AI/ML reliability engineering.
- Azure certifications (DevOps Engineer Expert, Solutions Architect Expert).
