Integrated Supply Planner

We’re looking for a **_Integrated Supply Planner (ISP)_** to join our sales team in a part-time basis. You’ll play a key role in making sure our products are in the right place at the right time - keeping shelves stocked, stock moving, and sales flowing.

This role is all about managing and optimising the replenishment process for our key retail partners. You’ll be diving into forecasts, spotting gaps, solving problems, and working closely with supply chain, sales, and customer teams to keep things running like clockwork.

Based at Woolworths Head Office (with the occasional visit to Walter & Wild HQ)
20 hours per week - spread across 5 days (we’re flexible, between working at Walter & Wild HQ, WW Head Office & Home)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing replenishment for WWNZ using ISP tools and occasionally standing in for FSNI and FSSI VMI
- Analysing sales, forecast, and stock data to generate accurate and timely orders
- Supporting forecast accuracy and aligning stock plans with promotions and seasonal peaks
- Working closely with Key Account Managers to stay aligned with sales activity
- Troubleshooting inventory issues and proactively flagging risks
- Liaising with sales, customer service and internal stakeholders (supply chain, logistics, planning)
- Helping ensures product availability while minimising excess or waste
- Contributing to regular reporting on in-stock levels, forecast performance, and sales trends
- Providing ad hoc task support to the Key Account and Sales Executive teams as needed - flexibility is key

**What we’re looking for**:

- 2 years’ experience in a replenishment, demand planning, supply chain, or coordination role in FMCG is ideal
- A solid understanding of retail replenishment and how the supply side works
- Confident with data and tools like Excel, Power BI, IRI, SAP, Insightful.Mobi and retailer systems (Woolworths Partnerhub or Foodstuffs Exchange)
- Strong analytical thinking and great at solving problems before they escalate
- Super organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Someone who communicates well, stays curious, and always looks for a better way to do things
- Comfortable with jumping in to support where needed - flexibility and responsiveness are key
