**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a vital role in managing customer inquiries, processing bookings, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless rental experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide quotes, coordinate sales orders, and process booking confirmations and invoices.
- Follow up on existing quotes and ensure prompt completion of after-sales documentation.
- Maintain customer information databases and perform administrative duties as needed.

**About You**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic communication style.
- Proficient in computer use (Excel, Outlook, data entry).
- Comfortable with processes and procedures; able to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential; enthusiasm for the tourism industry is highly valued.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German, Dutch, or French is a plus.
