**The Roles**:
We have two roles to fill in the Innovations team.

Ember Innovations Relationships and Engagement Manager will manage our innovative Intra-vation project and maintain broader relationships within our community of innovators, the mental health sector, funders and investors, researchers, and other players within the wider ecosystem. This role will also spearhead our digital engagement initiatives to promote awareness and encourage wider participation. They will leverage their extensive experience in program logistics and project management to ensure smooth operation and will oversee the growth and management of our social and Mighty Network communities.

An essential part of the role involves liaising with our communications team to generate compelling content tailored to our distinct newsletter audiences. The role will identify promising innovators and facilitate the incubation of new ideas within services by driving strategic relationships and engagement.

An experienced Investment and Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in securing investments for both Ember Innovations as a company and the broader field of Mental Health Innovation. The role will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, identifying funding opportunities, supporting investors in making safe, impactful innovation decisions into mental health innovation, and creating avenues for sustainable financial growth of the organisation.

Tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline

Desirable

2-3 years experience in digital engagement in a mental health related sector

2-3 years experience in program logistics and project management

**Investment and Partnerships Manager Skills and Experience**

Essential

Tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline

Desirable

Relevant experience in the Mental Health Sector

2-3 years experience in managing investment partnerships
