Investment Coordinator

**What you’ll be doing | Te whakamahere**

Our New Zealand Investment Team is looking for an experienced administration superstar, with excellent communication and organisation skills to manage the administration needs of our Investment Committee, Advisory Panel and support the delivery of our Strategic Investment Fund. Some of what you will do includes:

- Schedule meetings, distribute meeting agendas and take minutes.
- Assist with diaries, events, expenses and travel.
- Provide support with Investment projects and events.
- Manage the administration of databases, systems, and processes for management of information and projects ensuring all information is kept up to date and is accurate.
- Support the Investment Lead Team in delivering cultural initiatives and connection with the wider business.

**What you’ll need to be successful | Ō Pūkenga**

You will be a fantastic communicator and relationship builder who is able to prioritise and complete tasks with superb time management and attention to detail.

You'll use your administration expertise, excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills to successfully work with stakeholders across our Investment team and our global organisation in order to provide essential support, you will be a master of all Microsoft Office products, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and possess outstanding administrative service delivery.

You will also have a desire to grow and expand your current skill-set with the opportunity to get involved in some exciting projects, analytical tasks and further your design talents This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys being at the heart of a well-oiled team.
