Our store operates 7 days a week - The salary range for this position is $112,500 - $132,000 gross New Zealand dollars. - Car parking will not be provided and therefore IKEA encourages all co-workers to utilise public transportation wherever possible. **Who you are**- As Fulfilment Integration Manager, you have: - Strong understanding of business planning, performance metrics, and fulfilment dynamics. - Adaptable leadership style to meet diverse needs and situations. - Demonstrated effective collaboration and co-creation skills fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation. - Proven ability to collaborate across functions, acting as a bridge between stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth integration of processes. - Understanding of departmental interactions and their contribution to Fulfilment Integration and customer experience. - Familiarity with forecasting, range management, stock accuracy, stock structure, and sales steering. - Knowledge of Supply Chain methods, processes, and collaboration with business partners.To be considered for this role experience in the following is essential: - Minimum 5 years in a Fulfilment Integration Manager or equivalent role. - Demonstrated success in enabling omnichannel growth through Fulfilment Integration processes. - Robust experience in supply chain management and operational excellence. - Strong communication and coaching skills to inspire and develop teams. **About this work area**- As Fulfilment Integration Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Executing commercial activation, range changes, and operational forecasting within the unit. - Monitoring and ensuring correct range management and stock accuracy in the unit. - Proactively work to optimise stock structure, reducing avoidable stock and ensuring healthy capacity utilisation and low costs. - Being responsible for project implementation at a local, national, and global level. - Leading the implementation of Unit Fulfilment Solutions to ensure correct use of systems to improve efficiency and cost saving. - Securing competence building and development in the units and driving continuous process improvement for end-to-end fulfilment operations. - Guide, coach, and inspire the Fulfilment Integration team, collaborating closely with Fulfilment Operations. - Fostering a supportive work environment emphasizing communication, flexibility, and a performance-driven culture, while valuing diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
