**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As the Fulfilment and Provisioning Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading our provisioning team, fostering a highly engaged and productive team culture. You will ensure that all service level agreement (SLA) targets are met, while driving process improvements and managing stock control. Your leadership will be vital in training new team members and enhancing overall team performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the provisioning team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Meet SLA targets and generate reports accordingly.
- Develop and implement training plans for associates, measuring their progress and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous process improvement with measurable results.
- Manage order queues and escalations, prioritizing urgent requests.
- Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate stock control.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

To be successful in this role, you will be equipped with:

- 5+ years of experience in provisioning/fulfilment and logistics, preferably in a growing enterprise environment.
- 3+ years in a leadership/management role.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build successful working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP is beneficial.
