**About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga**

As the Service Quality Manager, you are responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the pathway for people we support into and out of the Intensive Support Service stream. You will liaise with external stakeholders, including funders, whanau and specialist agencies.

You will be initial contact for all referrals ensuring that all requirements are provided by Funder/referrer. You will participate in the multi-disciplinary meetings for all the people we support in the Intensive Support Services and will be responsible for completing the 3 monthly scheduled service reviews and any other internal audit schedules as directed.

You will work with the Regional Managers, Intensive Support Services to ensure compliance with all processes within the Intensive Support Framework.

This role provides support to a national team.

- Experience in a service delivery or operations role, preferably within the health/disability/social or community sectors
- A passion and expertise for working collaboratively and developing the skills in others
- Strong organisational skills required to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills & listening skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships
- Confident computer skills, including MS Excel
- Understanding of the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how these can be applied
- Ability to travel and work autonomously
