**Responsibilities**
- Delivering ongoing insights, analytical and technical value, thought leadership
- Managing regular reports and ad-hoc analytic requests
- Developing strategic service delivery elements of joint business plan with senior support
- Defining service model and deliverables during proposal development with senior support
- Customer satisfaction and NPS
- Targeted engagement across organization aligned to services model for the customer tier
- Responsible for VoC arising from the day-to-day relationship with the customer
- Identifying opportunities and handing them off to Account Executive team
- Organising and delivering client training

**A little about you**

As the Analytics and Insights lead within the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for the delivery of client value and satisfaction through strategic insights and optimal service model leveraging best practice analysis and servicing frameworks.

**Qualifications**:

- Be professional, well presented and willing to roll up your sleeves with a fun and energetic team
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in analytic/insight capacity and account management
- Background in FMCG/Retail industry preferred
- Experience with the Google suite of programs including Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Be self-motivated, adaptable and proactive - no two days are the same in this role
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, sensitivity and care
