If you’re passionate about innovation and safety, we'd love to welcome you onboard. **He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi** **| About the role**: We have great summer opportunities for motivated Customer Service Specialists to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis, looking after our Interislander passengers and their luggage. Ideally, we need you on board from early November 2025 to end of April 2026, or earlier by negotiation. You’ll not only provide exceptional customer service delivery to our passengers, you will also: - Coordinate passengers and their bookingsAssist with ticketing and check-in services for both passengers, their vehicles and commercial vehicles - Ensure passenger’s luggage is well looked after and properly labelled - Provide general travel advice and information to our passengers We are looking for people with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude who are passionate about the service they deliver. **Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou**| **What (skills) you will bring**: To be successful in this role, you must: - Be able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment - Have a strong customer focus with the ability to relate to people at all levels - Have a sense of urgency and work with speed and accuracy - Be a great problem solver - Maintain your composure and help keep passengers calm in high stress situations - Have impeccable attention to detail and a talent for multi-tasking - Have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills - Have a moderate level of physical fitness as lifting of passenger's luggage is required **Nōu te rourou | What's in it for you**: - Part-time gives you work/life balance - a chance to earn and still enjoy the summer weather - Great experience to add to your CV - Fantastic penal rates (double time on Sun, time and a half on Sat, and time and a quarter for weekday night shifts) **Kua rite, kia rite | Ready to Make a Difference?** **Applications close: 19 October 2025
