Office and Workshop Manager

A relevant Bachelor of Management/Human Resources qualification or above or at least 3 years of office management experience. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in team management. - Work well under pressure. - Eye for details. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Good time management skills and ability to multitask. - Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and workshop schedules. - Contribute to the planning and review of office service, establish work priorities and maintain high service standards for office and workshop. - Oversee staff-related activities in office and workshop, including recruitment, promotions, performance evaluation, payroll, training, and supervision. - Direct and organise office and workshop operations, procedures, and the duties of other staff, delegating tasks while monitoring staff performance. - Ensure the availability and functionality of office equipment and supplies, and workshop materials, and oversee facility maintenance. - Conduct and create reports on various facilities activities. - Manage records and accounts of the office and workshop. - Organise budget for minor works projects. - Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid in a timely manner. - Manage contract and price negotiation with office vendors, service providers, and workshop suppliers. - Account coding of all office and workshop management allocated areas, including photocopier print charges, supplies, stationery, milk and other catering supplies, and workshop materials and equipment. - Ensure safe and sound work practices that comply with Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures and relevant legislation, both in office and workshop environments. **In return, Ankka Kitchen Limited will offer**: - A stable position in Auckland. - A supportive and friendly team environment. - Further growth opportunities. - A great hourly rate ranges from $29.66 to $32.00. - Guaranteed working hours from 30 to 50 hours per week.
