**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The purpose of this role is to organise and coordinate all aspects of the delivery of learning and development initiatives within Te Whatu Ora, specifically within the DST area, aligned to the Organisational Culture and Development (OC&D) Strategy.
This role sets the OC&D team up for success in delivering training and development programmes, providing resources and learning experiences, and enhancing learners' experience, to support the delivery of Te Pae Tata.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Experience (in the range of 3+ years) in a project or programme coordinator role or similar, preferably in a large organisation.
- Previous government experience (desirable).
- Experience in learning management and coordination and learning management or HR information systems (desirable)
- Demonstrates willingness, and ability, to build constructive relationships with colleagues and others to enable and assist with the delivery of work to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience in supporting office management and the development of and adherence to office procedures
